Subject:Additional Guidance for Roof Replacement due to Hail Damage
To help expedite the approval process for roof replacements and related exterior damage caused by the recent hail storms you may email your ACC form the HOA at firstname.lastname@example.org. The ACC committee will then be able to get your approval back to you with a minimum of delay.

The HOA has had a number of questions regarding whether an ACC request form must be submitted if you are planning to use shingles of a type and color that the HOA has recommended. The answer is yes, you do need to submit.
Please inform your roofing contractor they may NOT place business signs in your yard. This is not allowed by our covenants.
Also remember that the City of San Antonio requires permits to insure contractors follow the city codes.
